About the role

Responsibilities

  1. Provide expert-level technical support for complex enterprise network environments

  2. Design, implement, and optimize network solutions across various industries

  3. Troubleshoot and resolve critical network issues, ensuring minimal downtime

  4. Lead high-priority network projects, including Tech-Refresh initiatives

  5. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and critical network escalations

  6. Perform network maintenance, including security configurations, patches, and upgrades

  7. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability reviews on network infrastructure

  8. Monitor and analyze network performance, recommending improvements

  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  10. Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex network issues

  11. Provide detailed reports and presentations on network status and performance

  12. Extensive experience in enterprise-level network design, implementation, and troubleshooting

  13. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative network solutions

  14. Excellent communication abilities, adept at explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences

  15. Proven track record of delivering high-quality network support in demanding environments

  16. Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging network technologies

Qualifications

  1. Degree in Computer Engineering or related field

  2. 5+ years of experience in network engineering in medium to large organizations

  3. Expert knowledge of network technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, FTTH, SASE, SD-WAN)

  4. Proficiency in WLAN solutions, particularly Aruba and Aruba ClearPass

  5. Advanced certifications preferred (Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Huawei HCIP/HCIE,NCE, Aruba ACCP certifications)

  6. Hands-on experience with various firewall/security technologies

  7. Strong skills in configuring and optimizing network devices for efficiency and security

  8. Proven project management and troubleshooting abilities

  9. Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
